1. Your Purchase:

When you purchase our online course, you receive access to the course and the digital materials described on the relevant sales or checkout page. Access is provided for the lifetime of the course.

2. Payment

Payment is made securely using the payment methods available at checkout. The price of your purchase, together with any applicable taxes or other charges, will be clearly displayed before you complete payment. Any valid discount or promotional code will be applied before payment is completed. Ethical English does not store your full payment card details.

3. Our 30-Day Money-Back Classroom Guarantee Terms

• Our Promise

We're confident that Cooperative Learning will create a dramatic shift in how your students engage and how you teach. If, after genuinely trying the strategies in your classroom for 30 days, you don't see that shift, we'll refund you in full.

• This Is an Honour System

This guarantee is built on trust between fellow educators. We're not asking for proof, video evidence, or lesson logs - we're asking you to do what we'd hope any teacher and person of good moral standing would do: give cooperative learning strategies an honest, genuine try before deciding they're not for you. In return, we ask that you:

• Actually implement the structures and strategies taught in the course in your own classroom

• Give it a fair, honest attempt across the full 30 days — not just a read-through

• Observe your students' response honestly, and reflect that honestly in your own decision to request a refund or not

We trust you to uphold that honour, the same way we'd hope a student would if we were the ones placing our trust in them.

• How to Request a Refund

If after 30 days of genuine effort you haven't experienced a dramatic shift, email us at ethicalenglishvn@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund. We'll process it promptly, no interrogation, no hoops.

• Optional Feedback

After your refund is processed, we may send you a short, optional questionnaire about your experience - what didn't work, what could we improve, and any thoughts on the course or strategies. This helps us keep improving the course, and cooperative learning structures as a whole, for other teachers. You're welcome to skip it entirely; responding is never required to receive your refund.

• What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

• Your access to the course, including all videos, modules, and materials (except for you free bonus gifts), will be removed

• You will no longer receive access to any future updates, new modules, or structures added to the course going forward

• You're welcome to keep the free bonus resources (team mats, card templates, and team-building tools) already provided to you as part of your purchase, given in good faith as a thank-you for trying the course

• A Personal Note on the Free Resources (From Teacher to Teacher)

The free bonus resources included with this course are provided to you personally, in good faith, for use in your own classroom. I ask that you do not share, redistribute, resell, or publish these materials elsewhere, whether or not you request a refund. They're offered to support your teaching - not for wider distribution. I have spent a great deal of time and effort creating them and rely on selling them elsewhere to supplement my modest teaching income. As a fellow teacher, I hope you will understand and respect this.

4. Access to Your Course

Our courses are digital products and are immediately made available to you electronically following successful payment. Where immediate access is selected, you can begin accessing your course and its included digital materials as soon as your purchase has been completed. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the account used to access the course once it is granted.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Ethical English follows the consumer laws and regulations applicable to digital content and online purchases. Because our courses provide immediate access to digital content, your right to cancel may be affected once you request immediate access and begin accessing the course.

The precise cancellation and refund rights available to you depend on the consumer laws applicable in your country. Nothing in these Terms removes, restricts or replaces any statutory right to a cancellation, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or experience a problem with your purchase, please contact Ethical English so that we can assist you.

6. Lifetime Access

Where a course is advertised as including lifetime access, this means you may continue to access the purchased course for as long as that course remains available through Ethical English.

We may occasionally update, replace or improve course content and resources. Lifetime access does not mean that a particular website, hosting provider, software platform or third-party service is guaranteed to operate indefinitely.

7. Personal Use and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase is for your individual use. Course videos, books, handbooks, downloads and other materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or shared with other users without permission from Ethical English.

Teaching and classroom resources included with a course may be printed, displayed and used with your own learners or classes for educational purposes. Purchasing a course or resource does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property rights. If colleagues express an interested in your EE resources, direct them to our online store.

8. Course and Resource Updates

Education develops, and we periodically update our courses and resources to improve their accuracy, quality or usefulness.

This may include correcting information, replacing resources, adding new materials or making reasonable changes to existing content. Such updates do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Technical Problems

We aim to ensure that our courses and digital resources remain accessible and function correctly. However, occasional interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, hosting providers or third-party services outside our direct control.

If you experience a persistent problem accessing something you have purchased, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Ethical English may offer promotional prices, coupons or discount codes. Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, availability, redemption limits or expiry dates stated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and a later promotion or price reduction does not automatically entitle previous purchasers to a refund of the difference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale when necessary, including to reflect changes to our products, services or applicable regulations.

The Terms applicable to your purchase are those that were in effect when your purchase was made.
